Steve Edwards - Attorney

Steve Edwards is an associate at Fayer Gipson LLP.  Mr. Edwards’ practice focuses on complex business litigation and he regularly advises clients on matters involving entertainment, intellectual property, and a wide array of commercial disputes.

Mr. Edwards received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Articles Editor of the American Review of International Arbitration.  Prior to attending Columbia, Mr. Edwards graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.  Before joining Fayer Gipson LLP, Mr. Edwards was a litigation associate with Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in New York City.

Mr. Edwards is a member of the state bars of California and New York, and is admitted to practice in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Central District of California, Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York and District of Nebraska.

Mr. Edwards also serves as a board member of VIP Community Services, Inc., a not-for-profit organization serving residents of The Bronx, New York and providing services related to substance abuse and mental health concerns.
