Michelle Millard

Michelle Millard is an associate at Fayer Gipson LLP whose practice includes both transactions and litigation in entertainment, intellectual property, and business matters.

Ms. Millard received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a research assistant for the Kernochan Center for Law, Media, and the Arts. Prior to law school, Ms. Millard graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from UCLA, with a degree in French literature. Before joining Fayer Gipson LLP, Ms. Millard worked in the in-house legal department of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

Ms. Millard has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers each year since 2020.

Ms. Millard is also the co-author of an article entitled “Going Global: A Case Study of Lincoln Center’s Legal Department,” which was published in the April 2014 edition of the International In-House Counsel Journal.

Ms. Millard is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New York, and is also admitted to practice in the Central District of California.
